Role Overview: The Provider Engagement Account Manager plays a critical role in fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and member satisfaction. This role focuses on engaging providers, addressing their needs, and supporting the overall mission of transforming community health. What You'll Do: - You will build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with healthcare providers to enhance engagement and service quality. - You will act as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing concerns and facilitating communication. - You will analyze provider performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and support provider development. - You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve provider issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - You will develop and deliver training and educational materials to providers to promote best practices. - You will monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform engagement strategies. - You will participate in provider meetings, forums, and events to strengthen partnerships. - You will contribute to the development and implementation of provider engagement initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare provider relations, account management, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, provider networks, and regulatory environments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within Medicaid or Medicare managed care organizations. - Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and electronic health records (EHR). - Certification in healthcare management or related professional credentials. - Demonstrated success in provider engagement or network development.
