Role Overview: As a Provider Engagement Account Manager, you will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships between Nebraska Total Care and our network of healthcare providers. Your efforts will ensure providers are engaged, informed, and supported, ultimately enhancing the quality of care delivered to our members. What You'll Do: - You will build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers to promote engagement and collaboration. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. - You will coordinate provider education and training sessions to ensure compliance and quality standards. - You will analyze provider performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and support. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve provider issues and enhance service delivery. - You will assist in the development and implementation of provider engagement strategies. - You will monitor regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to providers. - You will participate in provider network expansion initiatives to support organizational growth. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare provider relations, account management, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, provider networks, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. - Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within Medicaid or Medicare managed care organizations. - Familiarity with Nebraska healthcare market and provider landscape. - Certification in healthcare quality or provider relations. - Advanced skills in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
