Role Overview: The Provider Engagement Account Manager plays a critical role in fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and member satisfaction. This role focuses on engaging providers, addressing their needs, and supporting the overall network strategy to enhance care coordination and access. What You'll Do: - You will build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with healthcare providers to support network growth and quality initiatives. - You will serve as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will analyze provider performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and support targeted interventions. - You will coordinate provider education and training sessions to enhance understanding of policies and programs. - You will collaborate with internal teams to align provider engagement strategies with organizational goals. - You will monitor compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. - You will participate in provider network development activities, including recruitment and retention efforts. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize provider satisfaction and member outcomes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare provider relations, account management, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, provider networks, and managed care principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to assess provider performance. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within Medicaid or Medicare managed care programs. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards. - Background in healthcare education or training facilitation. - Experience with CRM software and provider engagement platforms.
