Pay Range: $59,916– 79,740 annually Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle NFM’s Process Improvement Analyst II will evaluate work processes to determine strategies and programs that provide greater productivity and quality. This role will work to find the most efficient solutions to each request with expenses always being on the forefront. This is a remote position requiring the candidate to reside in NE, IA, MO, KS or TX. Job Duties: A Day in the Life • Analyze: Gather information to evaluate current end-to-end work processes • Collaborate: Work with managers, supervisors and vendors to review inputs, performance standards, procedures, requirements, tools/equipment and outputs • Implement: Establish work plans for each phase of implementation, assigning duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. • Improve: Work with managers to serve as a process expert for any other area of the company with basic process or quality improvement needs • Create: Develop training guides to be delivered by facilitators for all staff affected by the implementation of new processes • Develop: Lead Process Improvement Analyst I’s and assist Analyst III’s in establishing new processes Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, logistics/supply chain management, or a related field • 2-4 years’ experience in process improvement or within a functional area of a retail store, such as distribution/logistics, merchandising, sales, etc. • Working knowledge of POPS system preferred • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs • Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) • Microsoft Visio • Must be able to travel to other company locations • Must be able to work independently • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check Benefits: What’s in It for You?
