The role As the GTM Recruiting Manager for North America, you own how we build and scale our Go To Market teams in the region. You are accountable for hiring across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer functions, ensuring we attract and hire the talent required to support growth and market expansion. Reporting to TA leadership, you will lead and develop the North America recruiting team while acting as a strategic partner to GTM leadership. You will bring structure to headcount planning, strengthen hiring quality and ensure we are building teams thoughtfully and sustainably. This role is remote within North America and partners across global time zones. Responsibilities Own GTM recruiting strategy and execution across North America Lead and develop the regional recruiting team, driving accountability and performance Partner with Sales and commercial leaders to align hiring with revenue targets and expansion plans Bring rigor to workforce planning, sequencing hires based on business impact Build scalable recruiting processes that support rapid growth without sacrificing quality Elevate hiring standards through structured assessment and hiring manager enablement Develop proactive sourcing strategies for high impact and leadership level commercial roles Use hiring data and market insights to guide prioritization and resource allocation Ensure an efficient, high quality candidate experience across all GTM hiring Step in as a player coach on strategic or senior searches when needed What success looks like A high performing GTM recruiting team delivering against regional growth priorities Hiring plans tightly aligned with revenue objectives Clear prioritization of revenue critical roles Strong commercial hires that improve execution and leadership bench strength Experience & Qualifications Higher education degree Proven experience managing recruitment teams in high growth technology or SaaS environments Strong track record hiring across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Customer functions Clear understanding of commercial org design and revenue team scaling Experience partnering directly with senior commercial leaders Ability to bring structure and prioritization to fast moving growth environments Data informed mindset with comfort using recruiting metrics and market insights Strong leadership presence and stakeholder influence What we offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
