Job Description: • Partner with VP and Director-level leaders to translate business goals into smart, forward-looking hiring plans. • Build and deliver candidate generation strategies that reflect market shifts and create diverse, long-term pipelines. • Design inclusive, data-driven hiring processes that improve quality of hire and reduce bias. • Lead programmatic hiring initiatives that help the wider team deliver faster and at scale. • Advise leaders on Nebius’ positioning in the market and how we compete for top talent. • Use insights to influence decisions on headcount planning, location strategy and org design. • Champion exceptional candidate experience across every touchpoint. • Coach and mentor recruiters and interviewers to develop strong, value-aligned hiring capability.
