Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Program Manager to lead Cross-functional teams and manage programs from concept through launch. This role requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills to ensure successful delivery of customer programs on time and at the highest quality standards. Part of your duties may include providing strategic guidance to project managers and teams to ensure that project and program goals align with Neal R. Gross & Co.'s core objectives. Experience working in the legal industry is preferred but not a requirement. Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of program management from initial quotation through production launch and post-launch support Serve as the primary customer interface for program related activities Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization Developing progress reports for the program Supervising a team of project managers Workflow management Managing the interdependencies between projects Ensuring deliverables align with the program's outcome Monitoring all projects to ensure that project managers meet milestones Assisting with the selection and appointment of new program team members Assessing the overall needs of the organization and creating long-term goals to improve Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction opportunities High-level management and leadership skills Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Risk Management Written and verbal communication sills Teamwork and motivational skills Organizational and multitasking skills Project management 3+ years of program/project management experience Proven track record of managing multiple programs simultaneously Willingness and ability to obtain public trust security clearance Court Reporting/transcription industry knowledge & experience preferred but not required We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and career: Competitive compensation package.
