Position Description The Project Manager position is responsible for the overall financial success of projects assigned to them by completing projects on-time, on-budget, safely, to the highest NCS quality standards and with exceptional customer service. This position participates in Human Resource related decisions relative to their project team to include hiring, terminations, and workforce development in collaboration with the Operations Manager and the Human Resources department. This position is tasked with executing policies and strategies that are implemented by the Operations Manager to improve productivity and efficiency levels and building an enjoyable Project Team culture. Roles and Responsibilities · Field Personnel Performance Management · Time Sheet/Expense Report Approval · Project Planning - WBS · Estimate Review · Project Execution - Material/Labor/Permitting/Completion · Change Orders · Submission of Close Out Documents · Client Communication/Sign-off · Field Kickoff/Project End Debrief Meeting · Project Scheduling and Reporting · Site Review and Walk Throughs · Project Profitability Goals · Personnel Skills Development/Training Coordination · Participate with Human Resources in Disciplinary Process and implementation of company policies · Maintain current industry knowledge and certifications · Drive on company business and assume responsibility of a company vehicle as needed and allowed · Represent NCS with professionalism and integrity · Perform all assigned duties Safely adhering to the highest Quality standards · Provide the highest level of customer service with continuous communication (verbal and written) · Perform all functions of the position and other duties that may be assigned (Essential duties and responsibilities may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics.
