Essential Job Duties As a Registration and Logistics Coordinator, you will help Industry Extension Services (IES) to expand its continuing education programs in all formats by coordinating course registration and logistics. In this position you will administer all details of registration including establishing registration links, providing superior customer service to course participants, ordering and shipping course materials, preparing classrooms, printing course completion certificates, and assisting with course closeouts. It will also support the approval of any relevant course prerequisites, the administration of certificate programs, and support of online coursework in Moodle (or other LMS as supported by NC State University). Other Responsibilities • This position may supervise student interns in order to accomplish the administrative tasks of the Professional Learning unit. • Occasional lifting of 10-40lbs may be needed to manage course materials. Qualifications Minimum Experience/Education Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, or similar software • Excellent organizational and customer service skills, and an ability to excel in a multi-tasking environment. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Experience working with, and providing support for, database and spreadsheet software. • Experience with NC State REPORTER and Salesforce is a plus.
