The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager, Customer Experience – Technology Delivery will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs on the Peacock roadmap. With a primary focus on Advertising Product, they will manage a range of initiatives focused on innovative advertising features, experiences, and technologies. The position will also support the delivery of advertising features globally on Sky’s Now/Wow and SkyShowtime streaming platforms, as well as other features that support the broader global engagement experience.This position requires strong analytic and communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and manage delivery of complex projects across a large matrixed ecosystem. Successful candidates will exhibit a keen ability to understand technology principles and agile delivery. Also important is the ability to establish and maintain key relationships within business and technology groups, and to interact with senior leaders and partners.This position will report to the Sr. Director of Program Management, Global Technology Delivery, and will work in a highly matrixed structure, indirectly and directly managing technology teams across NBC, Sky and the wider Comcast group, as well as within multiple areas of the business including Product, Design, and Engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and partner with Product, engineering, architecture teams, and other team members to successfully deliver large and complex cross-functional technology deliverablesPlan work across multiple work streams and support stakeholder communications & program status updatesPartner with other Program Management and Delivery teams to ensure successful program delivery within business expectations and requirementsProvide program governance with clear and consistent communication of project level status to leadership, project sponsors, and stakeholdersEngage and support executive stakeholders through plan preparation, status updates, risk planning and objective-based meetingsProactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and develop plans to escalate and mitigate themUtilize enterprise project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet and other applications to provide project status and reporting, while adhering to PMO processes, documentation standards, and best practicesSupport planning activities to deliver maximum business value based on critical program KPIsPartner with Program Managers and Workstream Leads to ensure consistent and accurate project scoping, cost-benefit analysis, and level of effort assessmentsEffectively prioritize critical path activities to ensure on-time deliveryPartner across the business to identify and secure resources required to execute plans and manage internal and external assigned resourcesCoordinate and manage change control in adherence to PMO standardsCreate and manage required project documentation and required reportsStrive for continuous improvement in our processes and procedures, propose and implement changes to ensure a productive and efficient organization, in partnership with the wider teamEnsure establishment of program plans throughout the lifecycle of the delivery. Ensuring change is controlled, dependencies are identified, and risks are mitigatedPartner with QA teams to ensure all work is thoroughly tested before deployment to customers and handed over to supportAct as the first point of escalation, providing assistance and guidance throughout delivery Qualifications5+ years' experience leading complex technology delivery projects, building effective project plans, and proven ability to drive successful outcomesExperience with oversight of multiple Project Schedules across a portfolio of related ProjectsStrong knowledge of project management.
