As part of Peacock’s Strategy and Optimization organization, your mission is to deliver the best in OTT/TV entertainment service at a global scale. A strong candidate will have solid organizational skills, a strong desire to learn as well as be able to work independently on tasks while keeping the team updated to ensure the organization is moving forward. A strong and proven track record in creating and improving processes is ideal. High-level responsibilities include creating international headcount reports and working with leaders to understand/explain the data, communicating with Human Resources as well as other organizations about current headcount needs and looking for creative solutions, managing the lifecycle of a contract (contract creation, resource onboarding, working through legal/procurement redlines, making payments, etc.), budget stewardship through conversations with finance to understand remaining budget across multiple propositions to maximize allotted budget, ad-hoc reporting. This role is heavily involved in problem solving and is integral to providing quality reporting necessary to the success of the department. In this role you will need to be effective at working independently and exhibit strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work across functional areas and effectively engaging in multiple project efforts concurrently. This role needs someone who possess strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, strategic thinker that is detail oriented and a problem solver. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To • Budgeting, forecasting, perform management, people management, working across different workstream and administration functions Qualifications • Minimum of 7+ year of relevant work experience in operations or finance driving projects/strategic initiatives • Proficient working with data from source extraction and analysis to modeling and reporting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to synthesize detailed information into succinct and actionable recommendations in presentations for operational decision-makers • Self-motivated, deliverable-focused, strong work ethic, able to prioritize and resolve an array of issues simultaneously • Collaborative mindset and ability to navigate and build trust in a complex organization; Candidate must have the ability to collaborate effectively and drive initiatives with cross functional partners • Problem solving skills • Ability to think strategically and analytically • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Execution-oriented, and able to complete tasks independently • Expertise in Smartsheets, Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, etc.), SharePoint, and Slack This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
