Description: • Lead technical delivery, support, and evolution of Versant Media’s financial systems, including SAP Finance, Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and related non-ERP applications • Ensure system stability and performance during transition to a standalone environment, focusing on risk mitigation and operational continuity • Oversee solution design and architecture to align systems with business objectives and future modernization • Guide engineering teams and vendor partners, providing hands-on technical leadership and people management • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with strategic priorities • Establish and maintain best practices for system design, testing, release management, and operational support • Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to ensure cost-effective, secure, and efficient evolution of financial systems • Prepare and deliver communications to leadership regarding program status, risks, and recommendations • Drive planning and execution of future system transformations, including potential migration from SAP SoH to S/4 HANA or other platforms • Ensure financial system investments deliver measurable business value through well-defined KPIs Requirements: • 10+ years of ERP Finance systems experience including SAP and non-SAP platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, etc) • 5+ years in engineering or Technical Leadership roles • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • Extensive experience leading engineering teams responsible for enterprise financial systems, including SAP Finance, Source to Pay (S2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) • Deep understanding of SAP Suite on HANA (SoH) and familiarity with S/4 HANA and readiness to guide potential future migrations • Hands-on knowledge of SAP ABAP development (or equivalent ERP development frameworks) • Strong understanding of Finance processes and regulatory requirements • Proven track record in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within spin-offs, carve-outs, or other complex transformation scenarios • Experience with non-ERP financial applications (e.g., expense management, tax, reporting/consolidation tools) and their integration with ERP systems • Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and partners • Strong leadership and people management skills • Excellent collaboration and influencing abilities • Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging technologies and platforms • Exceptional problem-solving, effective communication, and presentation skills • Fully Remote: position is designated as fully remote (contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence) Benefits: • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401(k) • Paid leave • Tuition reimbursement • A variety of other discounts and perks • Bonus and long-term incentive eligible
