Navy Federal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business System Analyst III / Product/ Experience Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate as a key partner within or supporting the Agile Release Train (ART), contributing directly to product strategy, roadmap execution, and continuous delivery of value for our Commercial Lending technology platforms. You will work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood, documented, prioritized, and translated into business and technical user stories/use cases. This role blends systems expertise with product-oriented thinking, advancing platform capabilities, and driving outcomes that enhance our commercial lending and business membership experience. You will play a crucial role in translating business objectives into actionable technical solutions, ensuring that our systems effectively support and elevate our business operations.
