About the Role Navora Travel USA is seeking a Travel Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients throughout every stage of their travel journey. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact—from initial booking through post-trip follow-up—ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-quality experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
