Overview Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Operations Manager, Medicare Part D to join our Government Programs Team! As part of the Government Programs Team and reporting to the General Manager, Medicare Part D, the Operations Manager, Medicare Part D leads the team responsible for Navitus’ Medicare EGWP Product operational processes, including benefit requirements, member materials, web content, and general Medicare Part D support. The Manager will ensure successful completion of projects led by the team and ongoing support of the resulting processes. This position will interface primarily with the Government Programs Medicare Functional Product Team, Technical Operations Team, Part D Compliance Team, Implementation Team, and Client Account Management. Responsible for establishing meaningful objectives for the team while clearly defining roles & responsibilities for each team member. Delegate necessary authority to team members for them to be able to achieve their objectives. Follow up with team members on work delegated to them. Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and career growth. Ensure team members have a clear understanding of their performance. Conduct performance assessments that are used constructively to improve performance. Partner with other departments to grow, develop, and enhance EGWP programs and opportunities. Responsible for all projects led by the team. Develops a matrix of operational processes to assigned resources. Manages workload of team members and continually balances priorities with available resources. Actively participates in the largest annual project led by the team, the annual member materials project. Develops and maintains knowledge of Medicare Part D requirements for operational functions to facilitate identification of requirements for development and assures compliant business operations. Participates in, adheres to and supports compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives. Other duties as assigned Qualifications What our team expects from you? Bachelor’s Degree required. 5+ years of management experience required, defined as prior experience supervising or managing people and indirectly leading teams. 3+ years of experience in project management required. Experience with interfacing with external clients required. Project portfolio management experience preferred. Medicare Part D experience preferred. Experience in interpreting and articulating regulatory requirements preferred.
