Overview: Due to growth, we are adding a Lead, Transformation Communications to our team. The Lead, Transformation Communications will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the communication strategy for the company’s multi‑year transformation initiative. With the establishment of the Transformation Office and the increasing need for cross‑organizational alignment around the strategic plan, this role will serve as the central storyteller and strategist for communicating the intent, progress, and impact of transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for designing clear, compelling, and cohesive communication plans that inform, engage, and align internal teams and external stakeholders throughout major technology, operational, and cultural shifts. The Lead will ensure that associates understand the purpose, milestones, and expected outcomes of transformation work—and will help the organization make meaning of new capabilities that enhance our market offerings. Acting as a connective partner across multiple communication streams, the Lead will collaborate frequently with the Director of Corporate Communications, the EPMO Communications resource, and the Internal Communications Manager to enable progressive, timely, and transparent information sharing. Through thoughtful messaging, milestone recognition, and change‑ready communication, the Lead will support organizational adoption, reduce ambiguity, and guide employees through periods of significant change. By providing strategic communication leadership and narrative clarity, this role will reinforce the enterprise transformation vision and strengthen engagement throughout the broader organization. Responsibilities: How do I make an impact on my team? • Develop and maintain the comprehensive communications strategy that supports the enterprise transformation roadmap. • Create and manage communication plans that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across employees, leaders, and clients. • Partner with transformation leaders to identify messaging priorities, audience needs, milestones, and success metrics. • Translate complex operational, technology, and process changes into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences. • Draft, edit, and produce high‑quality communications, including executive updates, FAQs, change announcements, talking points, newsletters, intranet content, presentations, and client‑facing materials. • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and stakeholders. • Work closely with cross‑functional teams—Transformation Office, HR, Product, Operations, Client Services, IT—to ensure communication needs are identified and addressed proactively. • Serve as a trusted advisor to project sponsors and leaders on communication best practices, timing, risks, and impact. • Support executive communications by crafting speeches, presentation content, and leadership messaging. • Partner with change management teams to align communication efforts with training, readiness, and organizational adoption strategies. • Anticipate communication risks, sentiment, and potential points of confusion; propose mitigation plans. • Develop KPIs for communication effectiveness; track engagement and sentiment across campaigns. • Maintain communication calendars, dashboards, and governance processes to ensure transparency and alignment. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: What our team expects from you? • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, required. • 7+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications, external/client communications, strategic communications, or change management communications required. • 5+ years of experience focused on enterprise-wide transformation or change communications requried. • 5+ years of demonstrated experience translating complex business strategy and technical roadmaps into clear narratives, writing, editing, and storytelling to communicate “the why” required. • 5+ years of experience developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels (blogs, social media, email, video) required. • 5+ years of experience managing editorial calendars and content workflows required. • Proven success developing and executing communication plans for large-scale initiatives. • PBM, Pharmacy Services, Pharmacy Solutions, or Healthcare industry experience preferred. • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives. • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
