Job Title: Program Manager – Talent Management Location: Houston, Texas Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Contract Duration: Long-term engagement (20+ months) with potential extension Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Talent Management to lead strategic, tactical, and cross-functional initiatives supporting Talent & Organizational Development and Learning programs. This role is responsible for defining program strategy and ensuring successful execution of initiatives related to leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement. The Program Manager will own end-to-end project delivery, change management, and budget oversight for assigned programs, while developing KPI-driven reporting to provide visibility into milestones, performance, and outcomes. This position partners closely with senior leaders and reports to the Talent & Engagement leadership team. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage strategic and operational programs supporting Talent, Leadership Development, and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives • Develop and execute overall program strategy aligned with organizational goals • Lead end-to-end project management including scope, timeline, change, and budget management • Create and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting to track progress, milestones, and program performance • Provide clear visibility and status updates to senior stakeholders and executive leadership • Partner cross-functionally with HR, OD, Learning, and technology teams to deliver program objectives • Apply human-centered, agile, and customer-focused approaches to program design and execution • Facilitate executive-level presentations and influence decision-making • Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving business needs with strong change leadership Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field (required) • Master’s degree in a related discipline (preferred) Certifications (Preferred) • Certified practitioner in one or more talent/assessment tools such as: • Hogan • Birkman • DiSC • StrengthsFinder • 360-degree assessment tools Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills • Minimum of 5 years of progressive program management experience in: • Talent Management • Learning & Development • Leadership Development • Change Management • Organizational Behavior • Proven experience managing high-potential leadership development programs • Strong expertise in talent reviews and succession planning initiatives • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, including Workday • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving, creativity, and thought leadership capabilities • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams Must-Have Qualifications • High-Potential Leadership Development Program Management experience • Talent Reviews & Succession Planning expertise • Workday experience • Hogan certification For more details reach at vgill@navitassols.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1203.
