Job Title: Patrice Support Specialist (Medical Assistants Accepted) Location: 100% Remote Role Contract Duration: 7 Weeks Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch break) Pay Rate: Up to $24/hour Position Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Patrice Support Specialist (PSS) to provide administrative and scheduling support in a fully remote environment. This role is well-suited for Medical Assistants with strong front-office or combined front/back-office experience. The position focuses on provider schedule coordination, patient appointment management, and administrative support. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities • Enter, update, and manage provider schedules within internal systems • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals • Answer incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately • Greet patients/visitors virtually and assess the purpose of contact • Maintain and update medical charts, reports, and correspondence • Ensure completion and compliance of patient privacy documentation • Check patients in and out within the system • Collect and process co-pays as required Qualifications & Requirements • Medical Assistants encouraged to apply • Front-office experience required • Back-office experience accepted • Phlebotomy experience not required • Mandatory: Staffing and VMS experience • Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, administrative role For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
