Job Description – Healthcare Talent & Organizational Development Program Manager Position Type: Contract Duration: 7+ Months Location: Houston, TX Pay Rate: $55/hour (W2) Job Overview The Healthcare Talent & Organizational Development Program Manager is responsible for leading strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology-enabled programs that support enterprise-wide Talent & Organizational Development initiatives and the Learning Center of Excellence. This role owns end-to-end program execution, including strategy development, project and change management, budget oversight, KPI creation, and performance reporting. The Program Manager provides visibility into milestones, risks, and outcomes across multiple initiatives related to Talent, Engagement, and Leadership Development and partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role reports to senior leadership within Talent & Engagement. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute overall program strategy aligned with organizational Talent & Engagement goals. • Lead end-to-end program management including project planning, execution, change management, and budget oversight. • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure program effectiveness and outcomes. • Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Learning, Technology, and Business Leaders. • Provide regular status updates, milestone tracking, and performance insights to executive stakeholders. • Apply human-centered, agile, and design-thinking approaches to enhance program delivery. • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and innovative program solutions.
