Business Automation Quality Assurance Manager The Business Automation Quality Assurance Manager ensures delivery of stable, secure, and reliable business automation systems through structured quality control processes. Key Responsibilities • Define and implement QA standards for SAP and associated platforms. • Oversee test strategy, execution, and defect management. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution quality. • Monitor QA metrics and drive continuous improvement. • Ensure solutions align with regulatory and security requirements. Required Skills & Experience • Strong understanding of QA methodologies for SAP and enterprise systems. • Familiarity with RecordPoint, SharePoint, ARIBA, Accela, and Clevest. • Experience leading QA teams in enterprise environments. • Knowledge of testing automation tools and processes. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
