This role supports workforce readiness by developing training content, monitoring employee progress, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational standards. Core Responsibilities • Coordinate and deliver new-hire and ongoing training programs • Develop training materials for emergency communications staff • Track and evaluate trainee progress and performance • Manage training activities, schedules, and instructional assignments • Assess training outcomes and recommend process improvements • Ensure training content reflects current policies, procedures, and best practices Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 2 years of experience as a 911 emergency communications operator Key Competencies • Knowledge of emergency dispatching systems and communications technology • Understanding of FCC regulations impacting emergency communications • Experience applying modern training techniques and instructional strategies • Ability to train staff on CAD, E-911 systems, and related communication tools • Strong writing skills for creating policies, SOPs, and training documentation • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously • Strong analytical and assessment skills
