This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality interior construction projects across diverse markets. About the Role: As a PM/Estimator, you will manage the full preconstruction and bid process for interior wall systems, including metal framing, drywall, taping, insulation, and acoustical ceilings. You'll work closely with general contractors, project managers, and field teams to ensure accurate, competitive, and timely bids while fostering strong industry relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed, competitive estimates for drywall, framing, and ceiling scopes on projects ranging from $500K to $15M+. • Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda to ensure complete scope coverage. • Coordinate site visits, subcontractor/vendor pricing, and material take-offs. • Collaborate with project teams during handoff to ensure seamless project execution. • Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews with clients and design teams. • Maintain strong industry relationships to support business development and repeat opportunities. • Stay informed on market trends, labor rates, and material costs to keep estimates competitive. What We’re Looking For: • 10+ years of experience estimating and leading drywall and interior systems projects in commercial construction. • Proven success with negotiated and hard-bid projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, multifamily, and tenant improvements. • Proficiency with estimating software (such as On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, or similar). • Strong understanding of construction documents, building codes, and industry standards. • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, team-first mindset.
