JOB SUMMARY: The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring efficient procurement of materials, and strategically managing inventory levels. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Procurement Specialist will contribute to the overall success of our supply chain by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. • Collaborate with headquarters and Plants in Korea & Vietnam to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. • Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs. • Analyze and assess supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and collaboration within the supply chain. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in the use of supply chain management software and tools. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload PHYSICAL DEMANDS: These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
