About the Role High-volume outbound calls. Reactivate old accounts. Upsell. Educate customers on CBD/Kratom products. You’ll be on the phone all day in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Daily Expectations • 120+ outbound calls. • Enjoy cold calling with being a strong closer. • Reactivate accounts inactive for 6+ months. • Sell, upsell, and introduce product lines. • Correctly explain CBD/Kratom products and effects. • Keep clean CRM notes. • Consistently meet performance targets.
