About Natural Way Lawn & Tree Care Natural Way is a Michigan-based lawn care and fertilization company serving 22,000+ customers with 150,000+ annual services across four branches. We provide lawn fertilization, weed control, tree & shrub care, mosquito control, and related residential services. Our inside sales team handles heavy spring inbound demand for fertilizer and weed control programs, followed by structured upsells and customer retention throughout summer, fall, and winter. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with home-services experience to lead our remote inside-sales team. What You’ll Do • Lead and coach a remote inside-sales team (~10 reps) selling lawn fertilization and weed control programs • Run weekly sales meetings via Zoom • Review recorded calls and provide coaching • Track KPIs: call handling, conversion rates, lead follow-up, retention saves • Improve scripts, workflows, and service-selling consistency • Handle customer escalations • Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management • Occasionally run field leads (company vehicle provided for work use) What We’re Looking For Required • Experience in lawn care, fertilization, pest control, landscaping, HVAC, or similar home services • Experience managing an inside-sales or call-center team • Strong coaching and accountability skills • Ability to manage high-volume spring fertilizer/weed control sales cycles • Excellent communication and organization Preferred • Familiarity with Service Assistant (SA5) or similar CRM • Experience with call review tools • Experience managing remote teams Compensation & Benefits • Base salary: $50,000–$55,000 (DOE) • Expected total compensation: $70,000–$78,000+, based on historical performance • Quarterly bonuses + weekly team incentives • 5% commission on individual sales • Medical Insurance, dental, vision. • 401(k) with up to 4% company match • PTO • Company vehicle for field lead visits Schedule • Full-time, M–F 9am–6pm (June-February) • Extended hours + occasional half-Saturdays during peak fertilizer season (spring) • Work-from-home with periodic in-person requirements Pay: $50,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance • Work from home Work Location: In person
