Job Location: Winston-Salem, NC or Remote U.S. Job Responsibilities: * ERP Systems Ownership: Support the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of the NetSuite ERP platform, including data imports, system optimization, and support for new module implementations and legacy system migrations. * Business Process Analysis & Enablement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map workflows, and design ERP solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and scalability across departments. * CRM & Functional Enhancements: Support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of CRM-related NetSuite functionality to align with sales, customer success, and marketing processes. * Custom Configuration & Scripting: Design and maintain custom roles, workflows, records, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports. Leverage workflows and SuiteScript for system customization and automation where needed. * Integrations & Data Management: Maintain and support integrations with third-party systems including FiveTran, SquareWorks, DocuSign, FloQast, and CloudExtend. Promote data integrity and collaborate with BI teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. * Operational Support & Compliance: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users and ensure configuration adheres to internal company policies and regulatory requirements. Job Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. * 3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite. * Proven track record in ERP administration, architecture, modules, customizations, and integrations. * Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with ERP platforms. * Skilled in integrating third-party platforms, APIs, and ELT Pipelines (e.g., FiveTran) to ensure accurate, timely information across business systems. * Demonstrated ability to lead or support complex ERP projects involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and business units. * SuiteScript, JavaScript, or general programming experience preferred.
