Regional Vice President of Local Sales – Southeast Region Location: Southeast U.S. (Regional Travel Required) Candidates must reside in the Southeast region, ideally near Atlanta, GA; Mobile, AL; Orlando, FL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; or Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Local Sales to lead sales strategy, develop high-performing teams, and drive profitable growth across Southeast markets. Position Overview The Regional VP of Local Sales provides strategic leadership for all local and regional sales efforts within the Southeast. This role ensures alignment between national initiatives and local execution, drives revenue and margin growth through value-based selling, and fosters strong customer relationships. The VP partners closely with Business Unit Presidents and collaborates with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and National Sales leadership. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives. • Recruit, train, and lead regional and remote sales teams. • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market expansion. • Collaborate with Business Unit Presidents and Operations to align sales with service delivery. • Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships. • Monitor performance, forecasts, and KPIs; provide insights to executive leadership. • Represent Nations Roof at industry events and in the marketplace. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or related). • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in commercial construction or roofing services. • Proven success managing multi-location or distributed sales teams. • Strong financial, strategic, and analytical skills. • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
