HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP) The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports day-to-day People Operations across multiple locations, partnering with leaders and team members to deliver a positive, compliant, and inclusive employee experience. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role provides practical guidance on employee relations, performance management, ADA accommodations, HR systems, and policy interpretation. What You’ll Do * Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers, team members, and regional leadership * Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management support * Coach leaders on documentation, corrective action, and Performance Improvement Plans * Act as the ADA Coordinator and manage accommodation requests * Maintain accurate HRIS records, prepare HR documentation, and analyze trends * Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies * Collaborate cross-functionally on onboarding, engagement, and process improvement What We’re Looking For * 8–10 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience (multi-site preferred) * Strong employee relations, investigation, and performance management experience * Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now; Salesforce or similar tools preferred * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred * HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus * Construction or operational industry experience a plus Why You’ll Love Working Here * Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package * Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off * People-first culture focused on safety, integrity, and inclusion * Career growth opportunities within a national organization * Commitment to equal employment opportunity and workplace compliance This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who balances compliance, business needs, and a people-first approach
