As the new home of the National Western Stock Show and Colorado State University’s Spur campus, NWC is a hub for innovation, education, and community engagement. Role Overview: As the Campus Conversion & Room Set Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless transformation and setup of campus spaces to meet the diverse needs of events and daily operations. Your expertise will help maintain the high standards of facility readiness and contribute to the overall visitor experience. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the planning and execution of room setups and campus conversions for various events and activities. - You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely and efficient space transformations. - You will manage a team responsible for furniture arrangement, equipment setup, and space maintenance. - You will develop and implement standard operating procedures for room setups and conversions. - You will monitor inventory levels of furniture and equipment, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed. - You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and accessibility standards during all setups. - You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to room configurations promptly. - You will maintain detailed records of setups, conversions, and maintenance activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, event setup, or a related field. - Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams. - Proficiency in using scheduling and inventory management software. - Knowledge of safety and accessibility standards relevant to public facilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a large campus or event venue environment. - Familiarity with Colorado State University or similar educational institutions. - Certification in facilities management or event planning. - Ability to operate basic maintenance equipment.
