Responsibilities: • Complete ownership of P&L, accountable for the hospital's performance • Collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast the hospital's needs • Manage accounts receivable • Oversee hospital inventory and control facility and administrative costs • Manage payroll for hospital staff • Develop the hospital schedule and manage labor costs • Champion change and identify, document, share, and promote best practices • Lead the hospital team to enhance processes and workflows, covering client service, operations, and administrative tasks • Implement new technologies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency • Establish and drive the culture of the hospital • Track and maintain current licensures for all DVMs • Provide feedback and handle challenging conversations • Demonstrate and reinforce the highest level of client service Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred • 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience • Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting in positions of increased responsibility is a plus Benefits: • Annual Bonus Opportunity • Health Insurance Benefits • Free Mental Health Benefit Options • 401k with Match • Competitive PTO Plan • Employee discount on pet services The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 base salary with potential for an annual performance bonus.
