Job Title: Client Services Representative - Level 1 Company: National Testing Network Division: Client Relations Reports to: Customer Support Manager FLSA Status: Part-Time Hourly Salary: - $19.50 -$21.00 Revised: October 2025 Location: Remote -KS, AZ, VA, OR, TX, PA, or WA only Hours: 20 hours per week, shift 12pm to 5pm PT* About Us National Testing Network (NTN) is an exciting, rapidly growing company committed to the development and administration of high-quality public safety employment and promotional exams. The company was created in 2006, with a mission to enhance the hiring model for departments and candidates by creating a national recruitment and testing process, reducing testing barriers candidates face through traditional testing models. NTN uses the most innovative, fair, and job-related simulation tests in the industry to further support our mission. Our client-facing teams routinely interact with city and county agencies such as fire and police departments. Job Summary The Client Services Representative acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism and a focus on long-term satisfaction. The role supports clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information, while building strong relationships that drive retention and growth. This is a dynamic position whose duties will vary depending on client needs and testing volume, with clear paths of growth in different areas within the company. Essential Functions • May serve as the main liaison between clients and the company • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and ownership of client deliverables • Handle all client requests in a responsive, comprehensive, and customer-focused way • Responsible for daily communication and follow-up with clients via phone and email • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction in CRM ,Google Suite or Microsoft Office tracking systems • Coordinate with the Sales department and Field Consultants to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or expanding client relationships including lead generation • Support onboarding of new clients by guiding them through processes and resources • Track client satisfaction and escalate concerns when necessary • Attend client meetings (video and/or phone) as needed • Other duties as assigned Experience and Qualifications • + 2 years Previous experience in client services, customer support or account management preferred • Comprehensive PC skills (i.e., Google Suite, Microsoft Word and Excel products) • Data entry skills (databases, online systems) • Strong communication (both written and verbal), problem solving and interpersonal skills preferred • High attention to detail and efficient organization skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, take initiative, and manage time effectively • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • A customer-first mindset with proactive and positive attitude Work Environment The role regularly uses computers and phones National Testing Network is an E-Verify, Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Application Question(s): • We are currently able to facilitate employment in AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, KS, MD, NV, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WA only.
