We are currently looking for a National Account Manager to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries. Position Highlights: The National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing long-term relationships with strategic clients on a national level. You will serve as the lead point of contact for Fortune 1500 account matters, anticipate client needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client requests are met, and help the client succeed by increasing revenue. The position requires a highly strategic, sales-oriented, and customer-focused individual who can both maintain existing business relationships and identify new business opportunities. What You’ll Do: Account Management: Serve as the main contact for national key accounts, ensuring effective communication, client satisfaction, and long-term relationships. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth within assigned accounts. Sales Growth: Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations, including executives and decision-makers. Revenue Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales, track key metrics, and ensure account profitability. Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business and renew contracts. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction. Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to develop effective strategies for account growth. Reporting: Regularly provide updates on account status, performance against targets, and key developments to senior management. Problem Solving: Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and timely responses. Travel: Some travel may be required to visit clients across the national territory. We’re Looking for Someone with: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience managing Fortune 1500 accounts across multiple regions or locations. Knowledge of industry-specific software or sales platforms (e.g., CRM systems). Strong negotiation and sales skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
