Media Coordinator Are you ready to launch your career in the fast-paced world of political media? National Media, a leading Republican media firm with a 40+ year track record of success is seeking a motivated and highly organized Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Alexandria, VA. This position offers an incredible opportunity for candidates early in their career to gain hands-on experience in media buying for influential conservative political campaigns, PACS, interest groups, major political committees and corporations. As a Media Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of our media team, providing essential administrative and operational support that directly contributes to the success of our client’s media strategies. What You'll Do: • Assist Media Planners and Buyers in the development, activation, and monitoring of media buys. • Apply research methodologies and data analysis for media placement process to ensure measurable results. • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with media vendors nationwide. • Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate timely and accurate media payments to vendors and assist with post-campaign reconciliations. Qualifications: • Exceptional organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Word and Excel. • Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A strong work ethic and the capacity to work both independently and as an integral member of a broader team. • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, applying both media-specific concepts and general professional principles to daily work.
