WHAT YOU’LL BRING • 10+ years of experience in advocacy or electoral strategy at the state or local level. • Proven success in designing and executing political strategies that deliver impact. • Strong familiarity with compliance rules for 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and 527 organizations. • Experience leading and growing teams. • Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and work in partnership with diverse coalitions. • Excellent communication and public speaking skills. • Strong evaluation, strategy, and program planning skills. • Passion for reproductive freedom, health equity, and justice.
