Job Summary & Location At Acuity Inc., the Sourcing Analyst enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement and sourcing departments by leveraging systems effectively. They're the go-to authority for the functionality of Acuity's SMART by GEP source-to-pay software. The position includes conducting training sessions, overseeing the use and performance of the tool, and collaborating with tech partners to consistently advance and refine system workflows and features. Primary Responsibilities Include Supporting sourcing event creation and execution System Management and Enhancement Procure to Pay process enhancement Contract Management System Management Other responsibilities based on business needs Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Qualifications A High School Diploma, or the equivalent, is required 3 to 5 years of sourcing, purchasing, and supply-chain related experience is required Source-to-pay software expertise, ideally SMART by GEP Robust analytical skills, capable of identifying and addressing the underlying causes of complex issues Knowledge and experience in managing the complexities associated with both direct material procurement and indirect categories Proficient in MS Excel (Experience with MS Access, PowerBI, or other query/reporting systems is a plus) Proficient in MS Office Suite tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word) Procurement experience with different commodities is a plus. Knowledge of ERP/Source-to-Pay (Planning, Sourcing, or Purchasing) environments is preferred The range for this position is $66,500.00 to $119,700.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant's experience and geographic location.
