Providing operational and administrative support to the sales team, managing order entry, logistics, and account issues.
High school diploma or equivalent, sales experience preferred, strong organizational and communication skills.
Sales Support Responsible for providing administrative and order support to assigned sales representative Objective: Provide operational support to the sales team on all orders from input to delivery Order Entry • Responsible for Daily order entry • Verify that pricing is correct • Verify that customer information is correct • Double check all orders for accuracy • Shipping information • Billing information • Contact information • Order revision when necessary • Send order confirmations on behalf of sales rep • Resolve shorts/substitution/delays with purchasing/logistics/warehouse • Works with NFG purchasing team when necessary • Organize received orders and/or process transfer orders for drayage/special order programs • Reports back to team daily on status of new orders Logistics • Ensures satisfactory delivery of all orders • Tracks each order from entry to delivery • Maintains ship dates/open orders when necessary. • Manages all open/hold/in progress sales orders. • Works with NFG logistics team to ensure deliveries are received successfully • Works to ensure customer delivery expectations are met • Assist sales representative with solving delivery issues in a timely manner • Reports back to team daily on status of orders and deliveries Accounting • Responsible for communicating and resolving account issues with sales reps • Provide accounting with a solution for credit issues, returns and credit memos • Responsible for overall RMA submission and providing documentation RMA/Complaint Resolution • Manage the RMA submissions and complaint resolution • Work with NFG team to resolve accounting/credit issues, returns, credit memos etc. • Communicate issues that need to be escalated to sales rep and/or RS • Reports back to the team daily on current RMA’s and resolutions Other Duties • Print POS, PFS and Buy American and other documents when requested • Attend all team meetings • Attend product cuttings • Other projects as requested Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent • College degree preferred • Sales experience preferred, but not required We love when our team members are happy and healthy!
