Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour Schedule(s) Available: Mon-Fri 5AM-1PM,1PM-9PM,3PM-11PM Sat-Sun 7AM-2PM, 11AM-7PM Part – Time Starting at $11 per hour Schedule(s) Available: Mon-Fri 5AM-1PM,1PM-9PM,3PM-11PM Sat-Sun 7AM-2PM, 11AM-7PM Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. • Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script • Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner • Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system • Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members • Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
