Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce LWC Technical Lead with exceptional UI/UX design expertise to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of high-performance Salesforce applications. Theideal candidate will combine strong hands-on Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience with a deep understanding of user-centric design principles to create intuitive, scalable, andvisually compelling interfaces. Experience utilizing AI-augmented development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms is a strong plus, enabling faster prototyping, cleaner code generation,and improved developer efficiency. Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery of complex solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Salesforce platform. Define and enforce coding standards, component patterns, testing strategies, and best practices across the development team. Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and guide the team in modern front-end and AI-assisted engineering approaches. Partner with solution architects, product owners, and UX designers to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions. LWC & Front-End Engineering Develop high-quality, reusable LWC components with strong performance and accessibility. Optimize UI performance for both desktop and mobile experiences. Integrate LWCs with Apex, REST APIs, external systems, and Experience Cloud. Utilize modern front-end tooling, design systems, and reusable UI component libraries. UI/UX Design Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of modern interfaces. Maintain visual consistency by contributing to internal design systems and UI guidelines. Conduct usability reviews and advocate for user-centered design principles. Improve workflows through intuitive and accessible interactions across Salesforce applications. Cross-Platform Ownership Support implementations across Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. Lead performance tuning, security reviews, and debugging of complex technical issues. Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform constraints. Project & Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Product Management, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases. Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to roadmap planning. Qualifications Education/Experience: 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong emphasis on LWC and Jest tests for LWC Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations Required Skills/Abilities: Experience with migration from Aura and Visualforce is a plus Deep expertise in LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SLDS, and responsive design. Strong UI/UX sensibilities with experience building modern, intuitive interfaces. Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, integration patterns, asynchronous processing, and APIs. Experience with Experience Cloud including custom theming and branding. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, performance optimization, and platform limitations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. National Debt Relief Role Qualifications: Computer competency and ability to work with a computer. Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions. Take constructive feedback. Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt. Compensation Information Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $190,500 to $219,000 annually.
