Overview As the Director of Sales Analytics, you will serve as the strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the analytics vision that drives sales performance, conversion rates, and long-term growth at National Debt Relief. This role will own the design and implementation of sales forecasting, funnel optimization, and performance measurement frameworks that align with company objectives. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy leadership to deliver actionable insights that influence lead management, sales effectiveness, agent performance, and client acquisition decisions. In addition to driving enterprise-wide sales analytics strategy, you will lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making at the executive level. Responsibilities Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of NDR’s sales analytics strategy, including funnel performance, lead conversion, sales forecasting, and agent productivity. Own the enterprise sales forecasting framework, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Finance and Sales leadership. Build and manage advanced analytics models to measure and optimize contact rates, lead-to-close conversion, sales cycle efficiency, and rep/agent effectiveness across phone and chat channels. Partner with cross-functional executives to optimize lead routing, territory assignment, and sales resource allocation with data-driven insights. Develop and lead a high-performing team of analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development. Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales Leadership and the Executive Team. Establish KPIs and sales performance metrics across the enterprise, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic objectives. Oversee the implementation of dashboards and reporting tools that monitor sales performance and funnel health, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and adoption across stakeholders. Drive process improvements in analytics, reporting, and forecasting to increase speed, accuracy, and decision impact. Implement best practices for governance, data quality, and security in all sales analytics processes. Stay current with emerging trends in sales analytics, call center optimization, and CRM/telephony analytics to ensure continuous innovation. Qualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, or sales strategy; 4–5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience supporting large call center sales organizations (phone and chat). Experience in financial services, subscription-based, or consumer services industries strongly preferred. Required Skills/Abilities: Deep expertise in sales funnel analytics, lead management, sales forecasting, and performance optimization. Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred). Strong background with CRM (Salesforce) and sales performance analytics platforms. Experience with BI and visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI). Ability to build models and frameworks that measure rep performance, client acquisition, and sales efficiency. Strong consultative and communication skills, with the ability to influence Sales Leadership and Executive stakeholders. Executive presence with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution. Strong project and change management skills, with experience driving adoption of analytics in fast-paced sales organizations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis. Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills. Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions. Take constructive feedback. Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt. Compensation Information Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $191,500 to $220,000 annually.
