Full Description

Overview This position will work as the liaison between the accounting team and various NDR departments for process flow adherence and optimization within the core vendor management systems. This role will require interdepartmental communication and collaboration to ensure all spend goes through proper approval channels. Responsibilities Credit Card Management Administer the creation of virtual cards and ensure general ledger codes align accurately with spend categories. Manage budget category assignments, including the addition and removal of individuals. Engage with cardholders to verify proper reporting of invoices and receipts. Monitor and escalate new vendor virtual card requests as needed. Reconcile monthly expenses and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Deliver onboarding and training sessions for new platform users. Invoice Management Oversee the end-to-end invoice process, including coding, routing, and approvals. Partner with stakeholders to ensure invoices are processed efficiently and paid on time. Track and monitor due dates to prevent late payments. Provide training sessions to support new users of the platform. Contract Management Monitor approval workflows to drive timely contract execution and maintain visibility of contract status. Manage contract renewals and terminations, coordinating with stakeholders to assess continuation needs. Act as the primary liaison between Information Security, Compliance, Legal, and Finance/Accounting. Lead education sessions to train stakeholders on contract management platforms and processes. Vendor & Renewal Management Notify departments of upcoming vendor renewals and terminations. Partner with Finance and business units to benchmark renewal costs, evaluate competitor pricing, and support procurement decisions. Assist Finance in leveraging procurement software effectively. Contribute to vendor-related initiatives as defined by business needs. Qualifications Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, or relevant equivalent experience. 3 years’ experience working in vendor management and/or accounting systems required. Prior background in bookkeeping or project management preferred. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent organizational skills and process aptitude. Excellent communication skills and a history of delivering results in a cross-functional organization. Experience with QuickBooks, Stampli, and Divvy systems preferred. Prior work experience in a startup environment preferred. National Debt Relief Role Qualifications: Computer competency and ability to work with a computer. Compensation Information Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $27.75 to $31.75 per hour.
