We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for CDL A Drivers, Warehouse Supervisors, Transportation Supervisors, Fleet Technicians, and other DC leadership roles nationwide. This hybrid position is based out of one of our distribution centers, offering flexibility to work both onsite and remotely while supporting our field-based hiring strategy.As a senior recruiter, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding — helping us hire the right people who keep our supply chain moving. Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing: Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for CDL A drivers and DC leadership positions across multiple Distribution Centers. Partner closely with Operations and Transportation leaders to understand workforce needs, forecast staffing plans, and execute efficient recruiting strategies. Develop and implement creative driver-sourcing campaigns, including partnerships with CDL schools, job fairs, driver referral programs, and digital marketing outreach. Build a strong pipeline of qualified local and regional driver candidates, maintaining proactive contact to meet current and future hiring needs. Conduct behavioral and safety-focused interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and fit for distribution environments. Oversee offer negotiations, background checks, MVR and safety verification, drug screening, and pre-employment onboarding coordination. Partner with HR and Operations leaders to ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policy, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate and timely candidate data within ICIMS ATS, ensuring adherence to established TA processes. Serve as a subject-matter expert and mentor to junior recruiters on driver and DC recruiting best practices. Champion the company’s employer brand through strong community presence, CDL school partnerships, and exceptional candidate experience. Qualifications What You’ll Bring: A bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent recruiting experience is required. 4–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically focused on CDL A drivers, warehouse, transportation, or distribution center roles. Demonstrated experience with driver outreach, referral programs, and community sourcing. Strong understanding of DOT requirements and driver qualification standards. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS preferred). Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Bonus Points If You: Have experience recruiting in supply-chain, logistics, or foodservice distribution environments. Bring innovative ideas for driver engagement, retention, and community outreach. Have supported multi-site operations or worked within a DOT safety-regulated environment. Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000 annually, plus bonus potential. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits. Schedule: This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week onsite at our distribution center and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week. Locations: Bellingham, MA Preferred.
