Design and develop full-stack web and mobile applications, integrate AI/LLM models, and manage cloud infrastructure.
Extensive experience in full-stack development, cloud services, and AI integration, with no mention of Python or medical terminology.
Company Overview At National Data Solutions we specialize in transforming how organizations harness and secure their data. Building on our proven track record in data management, analytics, and custom technology services, we build healthcare solutions and offer end-to-end development of AI-driven agents that accelerate workflows, enhance decision-making, and deliver tangible business value. Role Overview We’re seeking a Python Automation Engineer to join our growing tech team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Python scripting and workflow automation, who thrives in a data-centric, compliance-focused environment. You’ll help us streamline operations, process medical documents, and integrate data pipelines to support critical business applications. Key Responsibilities: • Translate business pain into AI actions – work with stakeholders to turn revenue, compliance, or efficiency gaps into concrete automation goals with clear success metrics. • Leverage AI code‑assist for 1000× delivery – pair with LLM‑based tooling to generate, refactor, and ship production‑ready data/ML workflows in hours, not sprints. • Design self‑governing pipelines – build systems that validate their own inputs, detect drift or anomalies, and auto‑heal without waiting for human intervention. • Prototype → Pilot → Prove – rapidly spin up MVPs, run controlled experiments, and demonstrate ROI in cycle‑time saved, dollars recovered, or error rates reduced. • Embed compliance by construction – bake HIPAA/SOC 2 guardrails and audit traces into every automated step, eliminating manual checks. • Instrument everything – attach real‑time dashboards that link technical KPIs to business outcomes so value is visible and measurable. • Continuously learn and iterate – use feedback loops, reinforcement signals, and post‑mortems to improve agent performance and expand automation coverage. Requirements: · On-site twice a week in Franklin, TN. · 1+ years medical/dental experience and familiarity with terminology. · 1 + years coding Python in production. · Demonstrated use of AI code‑assist tools to multiply personal throughput. · Hands‑on experience turning ML prototypes into business value. · Skill in designing autonomous agents: prompt crafting, guardrails, and reinforcement/active learning. · Strong grounding in data privacy and secure development. · Ability to tell a non‑technical audience why the solution matters and how it affects the bottom line. Cultural Fit: · Agile, ambitious, and collaborative work environment. · Ownership and accountability in small team settings. · Strong communication skills for Slack, Teams, and email collaboration. · Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Pay Scale: • Base salary of $70k - $80k per year.
