Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints. This is a sales focused position, earning $65K+ per year pending performance. They ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations by demonstrating exemplary service and professionalism in every interaction. The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in service. Essential Functions: • Generate bids based on customer inquiries. • Calculate and process orders accurately. • Schedule orders and ensure timely customer follow-up. • Maintain a tidy and safe work environment. • Utilize company-provided resources to identify new customers and job opportunities. • Complete additional duties or tasks as directed. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role is preferred. • Experience in billing, payment collections, and other related experience is a plus. • Strong sales, organizational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
