High school diploma, 3-5 years manufacturing experience, 1-3 years supervisory experience, mechanical troubleshooting, and strong leadership skills.
Manufacturing Supervisor – Concrete Block Plant Education & Experience • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations. • 1–3 years of supervisory or lead role experience. Technical Skills • Knowledge of production processes and equipment. • Ability to read production schedules, block specifications, and safety documents. • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for mixers, conveyors, block machines, and forklifts. • Proficiency with computers and production reporting systems. Leadership & Management • Ability to lead, coach, and evaluate production employees. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Experience managing workflow, staffing, and daily production goals. • Ability to enforce company policies, safety rules, and quality standards. Safety Requirements • Ability to conduct safety inspections and enforce PPE usage. • Experience leading safety meetings and maintaining a safe work environment. Work Environment & Physical Requirements • Ability to work around noise, dust, heavy machinery, and outdoor conditions. • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends when required.
