The Membership & Events Coordinator will process membership applications and renewals, set up member companies on websites, and coordinate event registrations. Additional responsibilities include tracking membership data and assisting with in-person events.

Requirements

Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Preferential experience in convenience retail, customer support, and event planning is desired.

Full Description

TITLE:  MEMBERSHIP & EVENTS COORDINATOR Terms:  Full Time Location:  Remote/Work from Home Expected travel:  <10% overnight Conexxus offers the right candidate a competitive salary and benefits package, including health care and 401K.  Please refer to the following for specifics of this position. Accountabilities: * Process membership applications and renewals * Set up member companies and their authorized users on website(s) * Create and upload membership certificates * Enter data into various databases as required * Create/pull reports for management as required * Track membership and other data analytics YoY * Work with accounting as needed to ensure payments are credited properly * Follow up on past due invoices * Sell annual sponsorships * Setup and administer event registrations * Coordinate bundling of event registrations, sponsorships, and annual memberships for single payment. * Prepare new member list for approval at Board meetings * Work with marketing to welcome and publicize new members on social media * Plan and coordinate in-person meetings and events as needed * Assist with setting up/tearing down and participating in 3 annual in-person events * Other duties as required Skills required: * People – we are a non-profit, member operated organization that highly values customer service! * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher) and Adobe Acrobat * Preferential experience: * Convenience retail * Customer support/sales * Non-profit association management  * Use of Protech AMS UX365 * Event planning/management  Personal Assets: * Self-motivated and directed * Desire to learn and grow * Organized – detail oriented * Able to speak to a variety of people Please forward your CV and a brief introductory letter to info@conexxus.org [info@conexxus.org] for consideration.
