JOB SUMMARY: The National Association for Gun Rights is seeking a Donor Care Specialist to work in our Greenville, SC office. Their primary role is to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure members’ satisfaction and engagement. While this position is heavily focused on Call Center duties, it will rotate through our Donor Care Department as needed. The job description for a Donor Care Specialist typically includes the following responsibilities and qualifications: PRIMARY DUTIES: • Handle incoming calls from members, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing information. • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with gear or membership issues, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions, transactions, and issues using the call center software. • Communicate clearly and professionally with members, colleagues, and other departments within the organization. • Follow organization policies and procedures in handling calls, ensuring compliance with quality standards. • Opening each individual letter and processing it appropriately. • Processing each credit card transaction. • Data Entering each money and zero transaction in the database. • Maintaining a positive relationship with NAGR members and supporters through emails/phones. • Sorting every petition into the appropriate categories. • Assisting in Call Center and Donor Care department as needed.
