This key leadership role demands a strategic perspective, strong operational knowledge, and a dedication to ensuring outstanding service, safety, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities • Operational Leadership: Develop, refine, and implement standard security procedures to guarantee consistent, compliant, and high-performing operations at all sites. • Team Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance reviews of security staff. Cultivate a workplace culture of professionalism, accountability, and superior customer service. • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Verify that all operations adhere to client contract terms, company benchmarks, and regulatory requirements. Perform frequent site inspections, visits, and quality audits. • Risk Management: Pinpoint weaknesses and create proactive strategies to mitigate risks. Supervise emergency readiness, incident handling, and access control systems. • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary liaison for clients, law enforcement, and emergency response teams, fostering strong, reliable relationships. • Reporting & Analytics: Generate precise, comprehensive reports on operations and incidents. Utilize data analysis to spot trends, refine processes, and boost operational efficiency. • Technology Integration: Evaluate and deploy innovative security technologies to improve monitoring, communication, and overall service delivery. Qualifications • At least 5 years of experience in security operations management or a similar leadership position. • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Deep understanding of security operations, risk management, and industry best practices. • Demonstrated leadership, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are a definite advantage.
