POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Campaign Manager will lead the development and execution of full funnel, integrated digital marketing campaigns that support Natera’s regional marketing efforts. This role is responsible for architecting multi-channel digital initiatives that guide prospects through every stage of the buyer’s journey from awareness to conversion and converting marketing demand into a measurable pipeline for sales. The ideal candidate combines strong digital strategy expertise with analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for data-driven optimization. This role collaborates closely with Business Marketing, Sales Operations, Field Marketing, Digital Operations, and Creative teams to drive measurable results across high-impact clinical markets. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including awareness, acquisition, nurturing, and retargeting programs. Partner with Business Marketing to develop campaign strategy, messaging alignment, audience targeting, and channel mix across our Oncology, Women's Health and Organ Health portfolios. Oversee the end-to-end demand generation funnel, from segmentation and list development through MQL creation, sales acceptance, and pipeline contribution. Use data-driven insights, analytics, and automation to continuously refine campaign performance—including ABM programs, multi-touch campaigns, email workflows, and digital retargeting. Collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize lead flow, scoring, routing rules, and conversion processes, ensuring smooth handoff to sales teams. Perform ongoing performance reporting, including channel metrics, funnel conversion, ROI analysis, and insights to inform strategic decisions. Ensure all digital campaign tactics (SEM, display, programmatic, social, paid media, content syndication) work cohesively to support business-unit goals. Manage day-to-day campaign execution, timelines, testing plans, QA, and troubleshooting to ensure flawless delivery. Partner with Field Marketing on integrated program alignment, regional activation, and feedback loops for continuous improvement. Work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare marketing. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience leading and executing B2B marketing campaigns, ideally in a high-growth or complex sales environment. Strong background in demand generation, multi-channel campaign management, and full-funnel strategy. Highly preferred: experience in Biotech, Healthcare, or regional marketing. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Proficiency across Paid, Earned, and Owned media channels, including SEM, display, social, programmatic, content syndication, and email nurture programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign analytics platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, ABM tools). Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively. Creative, resourceful, proactive, and able to operate both strategically and tactically. Demonstrated ownership mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence. The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
