Description: Location: RemoteWe are hiring for a National Account Manager to join our sales team working across the Women's Health large group and private equity business unitsThe Sr. National Account Manager provides clinical insight and educational support/training on the technical applications of company products.Focus on developing and implementing high level strategy, pathways & collaborations across Natera Women’s Health large group practices and Private Equity.Leverage experience, contacts and existing relationships with major KOL’s, national systems, Private equity groups, multi-specialty, executives and other targets across the United States to help drive volume, build long term partnerships and meet/exceed organizational goals.Maintain an active key account List of LGP/PE Accounts i.e. Unified, Privia, USWHA, etc and working with Leadership, Providers and Total Available Market (TAM) as this segment continues to grow.Identify and regularly meet with leadership, i.e., ELTs, Medical Directors, Lab Directors, board members, etcIdentify and understand organizational goals, strategies and issues and align Natera solutions for partnership.Educate and recruit National Organizations to offer Natera’s portfolio of tests.Be an expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings and be able to represent the company and its business interests at the highest levels: with KOL physicians, C-Suite, Medical Directors, Group Administrators, Lab Directors, Pathology.Work effectively with the Natera VP, AD, RD, & Local Field Representatives to develop National Advocates and Internal Champions for Natera.Implement strategy based on field input, market assessments and trends to develop a Blue Sheet Strategic Account Plan.Develop business plans based on sales goals, expectations and available resources, coordinating regional strategies and tactics with Regional Directors.Allocate time in the field with AD’s, RD’s and field sales to provide direction and feedback.Provide direction based on field input, market assessments and trends to develop an Area consistently implementing Best Practices.Develop business plans including Area strategies and tactics.Attend local, regional, and national trade shows, meetings & trainings.Complete and identify RFP, GPO, Contracting opportunities within the Nations largest women’s health groups.Develop Natera’s National strategy within National Accounts.Identify Natera’s areas of focus to help establish appropriate road map within National accounts.Implement effective scalable solutions to maintain effective long term partnerships within National Accounts. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.8 yrs of experience in related fields.Experience in project planning scope, schedule, and documentation.Experience with large health systems, private equity groups and large women’s health practicesExperience developing and executing a strategy across all medical and business hierarchiesUnderstanding of Healthcare Value Transformation initiatives and triple aim focus areas.Experience implementing Electronic Medical Record/Laboratory Information System integrations.Experience in National Contracting.Experienced in C-suite meetings and negotiations.Google suite/Google docs, maintain and update files.Experience with reporting- pulling and analyzing reports.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
