Extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, global strategy, and communications, but lacking specific healthcare product marketing or health systems engagement experience.
Job Description: • Lead marketing strategy and execution for Natera's genetic tests and patient education tools. • Partner with Sales to influence multi-stakeholder sales cycles. • Develop portfolio-level and stakeholder-specific messaging. • Work with the Area Marketing team to build multi-channel campaigns. • Create pitch decks, business cases, and value frameworks tailored to health systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and inform offerings. • Conduct market research and analyze data on health-system drivers. Requirements: • B.A. or B.S. degree required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, ideally including: • Healthcare product marketing or enterprise marketing. • Healthcare management consulting (highly preferred). • Strategic account marketing. • Health-system engagement in life sciences, health tech, or diagnostics. • Experience marketing or selling at a national level to health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers preferred. • Familiarity with OB/GYN, maternal health, or genetic testing is a plus. • Formal educational background or clinical experience in genetic counseling or medical genetics is a plus.
